The Hennepin County Designer Selection Committee (DSC) will be selecting architectural/engineering firms for design and construction administration services for the following projects:

  • New Southdale Library
  • Westonka Library Replacement
  • North Regional Library Refurbishment
  • 1800 Chicago Triage Center
  • Medina Communications Consolidation and Office Remodeling

To obtain a Request for Proposal, please access the Hennepin County internet site at From the County home page, search for “DSC” in the search box in the middle of the page. From the Hennepin County Designer Selection Committee page, you may view and print the RFP for your use.

A letter of interest is not required for RFP noted above. All proposals received by the deadline noted in the RFP will be reviewed by the Designer Selection Committee. The RFP will be posted on the Hennepin County website starting on August 7th and running through 1st.
