The Tashjian Bee and Pollinator Discovery Center (BPDC) exemplifies the value Landscape Architects bring to extend and support an institution’s vision. Conceived as a link between world renowned pollinator research and outreach education, this facility showcases the importance of bees in agriculture, health and food security. The Center is designed as a portal for discovery, inviting people of all ages to explore the world of pollinators. The Landscape Architect designed an active learning experience to inform, engage and empower professionals, students and visitors to connect with the natural world and contribute to protecting pollinators.
