Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) is the third largest community college in Missouri and provides essential job training for future workforces. A new master plan was created to provide the campus with a strategic plan for flexible growth. This master plan seeks to transform this vehicle-dependent commuter college into a student-centered, flexible, cost effective, and engaged campus. The new vision outlined for OTC creates a well-connected campus that is prepared for ecological events while still supporting local industry.
